1How do I place an order?
- When browsing through our website, you can enter the quantity in the tab provided next to the product you wish to buy and click ‘Add to CART’.
- After you have finished browsing. Click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ you will be shifted to the page on which you shall pick a payment method.
- You will receive an order confirmation e-mail, SMS or call form our team.

3What are the delivery charges?
Flat rate of Rs.200/- will be charged on every order within 1kg.
4How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
- All orders within Pakistan will be delivered by our partner courier company Call Courier (Pvt) Ltd. within 3 to 5 working days.

5What is the procedure for cancelling an order?
Order can only be cancelled if they have not been dispatch already. You can send your cancellation request to our helpline no: 03000 -472629/GRANAZ. However, if the order has already been dispatched, you may return/exchange the product in accordance with our exchange/ return policies.
6How do I know what size will fit me?

7What kind of delivery method do you accept?
All nationwide orders are cash on delivery only. Bank transfer will be accepted for international delivery.
8The item I want is out of stock what do I do?
Sometimes, highly popular items may run out of stock. As our stocks are continuously updated, you can subscribe to our website to receive updated and restock alerts.
9Can I get a refund?

10Can I add more items to my existing order?
- If your order has already been processed, you cannot add more items to it.
