Exchange Policy

We facilitate all our customers to exchange their purchased articles, if they have made these purchases from within Pakistan.

1. Any article can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase.
2. Original receipt of purchase has to be furnished with the exchange article.
3. The exchange item should be in its original packing and the price tag should be intact.
4. Any article purchased on sale does not qualify for exchange.

Granaz strictly follow “No Refund” policy. The option of cash back is not available.
